I practice good hygiene and sterilize all my implements and tools with hospital grade barbicide and disinfectants. The safety of my Clientele is very important to me and for everyone's overall health in my public place of business. LATE POLICY
*If you are running late, PLEASE let me know ASAP.
*There is a 10-minute GRACE PERIOD.
*If you are more than 15 minutes LATE prior to your appointment time, we will need to reschedule, and $40 will be CHARGED to the credit card on file provided.
NO EXCEPTIONS/NO REFUNDS
RESCHEDULING POLICY
*If you need to reschedule, it MUST BE made at LEAST 48 hours (2 days) prior to your original scheduled appointment. (NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE ON CREDIT CARD) If your rescheduled appointment is re-booked for a different Date/Time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
*Cancellations MUST BE made within 48 hours (2 days) prior to the appointment scheduled. (NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE ON CREDIT CARD)
*If you CANCEL within 24 hours for a prior scheduled appointment that was reserved, the credit card on file WILL be charged a $40 cancellation fee. Due to the technician not being able to fill the appointment time with another client.

*If you DO NOT SHOW up to your scheduled appointment or let the technician know via phone text/call (937)638-8810, it will be considered a NO SHOW and will be CHARGED 50% of the service.

*By using your card on file as payment, there is a 3.5% convenience fee that you pay at the end of the services at checkout. To avoid this fee, you can pay by cash or check, and I do accept Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo when you arrive at your reserved appointment as other forms of payment when your services are finished.
*I value all of you as my clientele, new and existing, please be considerate to my booking rules and regulations.. also please take a moment to read carefully and thoroughly prior to booking.
*By booking on the site, you are CONSENTING to my policies, pricings, and to the terms and conditions that are stated on my Website. You have AGREED to let the technician CHARGE the fee(s) on the credit card provided on file that is stored securely in our trusted booking software-GlossGenius.
